What’s proven, what’s ours, and what we won’t fake.
We’re a pilot-stage company and we say so. This page separates three things most sites blur together: the independent published evidence for this model, our own verified history, and the standard we hold for telling real people’s stories.
The published evidence
None of these numbers are ours. They’re independently published research on programs and employers structured the way we’re structuring this one — the case for why we believe this model works, laid out with sources you can check yourself rather than taken on faith.

Our own verified record
Through Coding Autism (2016–2019), this team trained autistic adults in software skills and produced at least one publicly verifiable placement: a graduate hired into a $65,000-a-year role at PeerStreet, as Oliver stated on the record in a June 2019 Voyage LA Magazine interview. One student published his own first-person account of the program on Autism Speaks in 2018.
That’s the honest scope of our track record today — real, small, and stated exactly. The pilot exists to build the next chapter of this page, with outcomes measured from day one.
Stories, told with consent
Our rule: no story, name, or photo of a real person appears here without their current, direct consent — even when the material is public, even when it’s flattering. A story someone told years ago isn’t a story they’ve agreed to tell today.
This section will fill with pilot members’ stories as they choose to share them. Until then, it stays honest — which means it stays short.
