Who it's for
Autistic and neurodivergent adults who want a direct, project-based path into AI operations work — no four-year degree, no classroom theater, no interview performance. The Fellowship is the first intensive career pathway running on The ASD Company's personalized learning system.
The problem it solves
AI is creating a new class of operational roles faster than anyone is training people for them. Instead of a fixed classroom curriculum, fellows learn by understanding real workflows, using modern AI tools, building agents and automations, evaluating system quality, documenting work, and completing progressively harder projects — with the ASD OS helping organize the pathway, explain difficult concepts, break projects into steps, and surface where human coaching may help.

Expected outcomes

Adults 18+. Comfort working on a computer with written instructions. No prior AI or programming experience required.

FAQ
Is this a coding bootcamp?
No. Some pathways touch code, but the fellowship trains AI operations: analyzing workflows, building and running AI systems, evaluating quality, and documenting value. Tools will change; those skills won't.
What happens after the fellowship?
Fellows leave with a verified portfolio and, as employer pilots come online, pathways into paid pod work and direct placement. We say 'pathways' deliberately — nothing is guaranteed, and we'd rather under-promise.

AI Workflow Analyst, AI Agent Builder, and AI Quality & Evaluations Specialist barely existed three years ago. That means fellows aren't competing against a decade of incumbents — everyone in this field is early, and demonstrated capability matters more than a traditional résumé.
The skill is workflow thinking, not any one tool
Today it's prompt evaluation and agent orchestration; five years ago it was different tools entirely, and it will be different tools again. What transfers is the underlying discipline — breaking a workflow into steps, defining what correct looks like, testing against that standard, documenting the result. That discipline applies whether the workflow is in healthcare, logistics, finance, or customer operations.
