Who these terms are for

These terms cover your use of theasdcompany.com and the inquiry and pilot-application forms on it. By using this site or submitting a form, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you’re inquiring on behalf of someone you support, you’re confirming you have the standing to do so.

What we offer today

The ASD Company is a pilot-stage company. Today this site offers: pilot applications for ASD Navigator and the Applied AI Operations Fellowship, employer and partner pilot inquiries, and the free Housing Interest Network. Program pages state each offering’s status — available, piloting, in development, or future vision — and pilot-stage pricing is preliminary until stated otherwise.

Housing is a future vision, not a current offering. There is no housing waitlist, application, unit reservation, or deposit associated with this site. The Housing Interest Network is a free demand-mapping list and confers no priority to housing that does not exist.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee employment, income, business outcomes, independent living, or housing placement. Programs are designed and intended to produce outcomes; no individual result is promised. Statistics on this site come from cited third-party sources, not from The ASD Company’s own placement record except where explicitly stated.

Not clinical care

Coaching and navigation are never therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment, and nothing on this site is medical or legal advice. The ASD Company is not an emergency or crisis service — if you are in immediate crisis in the US, call or text 988, or call 911.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on forms, to the best of your knowledge.
• Use this site for its intended purpose — not for unauthorized automated access, scraping, or attempts to disrupt it.
• If you’re submitting on behalf of a minor or someone you support, have the authority to do so.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to The ASD Company. You’re welcome to share links; you don’t have permission to copy or republish substantial portions of the site elsewhere without asking us first.

Changes

We’re a young company and this site will change as we build. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

This site and our pilot programs are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, The ASD Company isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.
