It’s to help your family member build a system they increasingly own: their goals, skills, projects, career, support network, and progress — with AI and human coaching available around them, and a supporter circle that keeps you in the loop without making you the single point of failure. The plan works because it doesn’t depend on any one person being there forever to run it.

How families fit — without taking over
Your family member is the protagonist here — that’s not a slogan, it’s the design. They own their plan and control what’s shared. The supporter circle (part of the Guided membership tier) gives you visibility and a way to help that doesn’t require you to be the case manager, advocate, and safety net all at once.
We’re also honest about our stage: this is a pilot-phase company. What you get today is a plan, a community, real skills training, and a company building the employer side in the open — with every claim on this site traceable to a published source.
Questions families ask first
What does it cost?
Inquiring is free, applying to the pilot is free, and no diagnosis documentation is required. Navigator membership carries Founding Member Pilot Pricing (published on the Navigator page) — preliminary, not final, and stated plainly before anyone pays anything.
Is this a program or a job?
The Fellowship trains through real project work, and employer pod pilots are being formed now — that's the path to paid work. We're honest about the stage: 'pilot' means pilot, and we never promise placement or income.
What if my son or daughter has never worked?
That's who this is built for. The starting point is strengths and a plan — not a résumé, and not an interview that tests social performance instead of capability.
What about housing?
Housing is a future vision, and we refuse to sell it before it exists: no waitlist, no deposits, no dates. The Housing Interest Network is a demand map that shapes where homes eventually get built — free, and its members hear real news first.
