For partners & payers

Fund what the evidence says works.

Funders, foundations, regional centers, vocational-rehabilitation agencies, and service providers: the published economics of supported employment are strong, the demand is real, and the pipeline is unbuilt. We’re building it in the open — every claim sourced, every stage honestly labeled — and pilot partners get to shape it.

Help us test a more scalable support model.

Traditional high-touch support can be effective, but it is difficult to scale. The ASD Company is testing whether personalized AI can handle high-frequency learning guidance, planning, tracking, and triage while allowing human coaches to focus their time where human judgment and connection matter most.

To be precise about what this is: a core pilot hypothesis. We make no claims of proven cost savings until pilot data exists — and partners get that data first.

Ways to partner

  • Fund pilot cohorts of the Applied AI Operations Fellowship
  • Refer participants through regional centers and VR pathways
  • Sponsor employer pilots and outcome measurement
  • Help shape the benefits-navigation and independence programs with qualified expertise
