Members who are working — or getting close — and want to grow the rest: money management, executive-function systems, self-advocacy, daily-living confidence.
The problem it solves
A paycheck isn't the same as independence. The skills that make a life run — budgeting, planning, navigating systems, asking for what you need — deserve the same structured, respectful support as job skills.
What's included
- Independence-skills coaching (planned)

What's not included
- Therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment — coaching is not clinical care
- Money management of your funds — we teach; we never hold or control money
