Everything is written-first, self-paced where possible, and designed with autistic adults rather than for them. No diagnosis documentation is required to apply. No interviews where you perform a version of yourself. No forced phone or video calls.
You start with ASD Navigator, choose a pathway — Agentic AI & Automation is the pilot pathway now, with cybersecurity and data analytics next — and build capability through real project work in the Applied AI Operations Fellowship. As employer pilots come online, that leads into paid work with quality support built in. Independence coaching and — much further out — housing follow the same arc, each labeled honestly by where it stands today.
