Privacy Policy

What we collect, and what we don’t do with it.

Last updated: August 2026

The short version

This site collects the minimum needed to respond to your inquiry or pilot application: your name, email, and the answers you choose to give on our forms. We never require diagnostic documentation at inquiry. We don’t sell data, we don’t run ad pixels, and we don’t track you across other sites. This audience has every reason to be wary of data harvesting — we built this site to give you fewer reasons, not more.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what the form shows:

  • Your name and email address
  • The audience-specific answers you choose to provide (for example, your interests, a family relationship, a company name, or a housing region and timeframe)

We also use privacy-respecting, non-invasive site analytics (aggregate page-view counts, not individual tracking). No cookies are required for this site to function, and we don’t use any for advertising.

What we use it for

Solely to respond to your inquiry, run the pilot programs, and — for the Housing Interest Network — to understand where demand for future housing actually is. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

Who sees it

The ASD Company’s internal team and the tools we use to run our programs. We don’t sell or rent contact information to third parties, and we don’t share your information with employers or partners unless and until you’re part of an engagement with them — at which point we’ll tell you plainly what’s shared and why.

How long we keep it

For as long as you’re active with us, or until you ask us to delete it. If an inquiry doesn’t go further, we keep your contact details only long enough to close the loop, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time, and you can withdraw from any program or list at any point without explanation.

Children and dependents

Some people inquire on behalf of a minor or an adult they support. In those cases, the supporting adult provides the information and is responsible for having the authority to do so on that person’s behalf.

Security

We use standard technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us — and we limit what there is to protect by not collecting more than we need.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. We won’t narrow your rights over previously collected data without telling you.
